STEAM Exhibition

On November , 2024, our college hosted a successful STEAM Project Exhibition, showcasing the creative and innovative projects of our students. The judges were impressed by the high level of effort and skill displayed.

Eid Millad Un Nabi

Our College celebrated the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) with enthusiasm. The event included Naat recitations, Islamic speeches, Quran recitation, and a quiz competition. The College was beautifully decorated, and the event concluded with a special prayer.

October 2024

6 ^th Sindh Game

Our college participated in the 6th Sindh Games in February 2024, where we became runners-up in badminton within the Karachi Central District. In cricket, we qualified up to the quarterfinals.

Feburary 2024

IT Seminar

An IT seminar was held at Siraj-ud-Daulah Government Degree College (Morning), organized by Aptech, where students were provided valuable insights into IT and the latest technologies. Additionally, an IT quiz was conducted, and prizes were distributed among students. The seminar proved to be an excellent opportunity for students to gain knowledge about current trends in the IT field.

FAQs

When does admission start in Intermediate? ▼

Admission process normally begins in April and continues till July. New session starts from August...

Is there any age relaxation (just a few days) possible? ▼

Applicants must not be above 18 years of age on August 1st, in the year of application. However, those more than 18 years of age but less than 19 can be admitted subject to approval of the Chairman-SAI. Relaxation up to 1 year is given to Huffaz-e-Quran (candidates are required to show their “Sanad”)

What sports facilities are available at College? ▼

We have in campus facilities for Table Tennis, Badminton, Basketball and Throw Ball. We participate in Cricket, Badminton, Throw Ball, Football, Hockey, Tennis and Table Tennis tournaments.

Are there any opportunities for academic creativity (written and spoken) at the College? ▼

There are a wide range of co-curricular activities which enhance a student’s written and spoken skills. SAI publications include Gul-e-SAI, students are always encouraged to participate. There are in-house and intercollegiate competitions like Bilingual Declamations and Writing Competitions. Our students also participate in inter-collegiate competitions. Each year students stage skits as well as English & Urdu stage shows.
